Kathleen is a French Canadian who was born in Chicoutimi, Québec in July 18, 1976. Her parents separated when she was five years old and her mom moved her and her brother to Roxton Pond, but most of her adolescence was spent in Granby, Québec. She went to University Laval where she studied Actuarial Science and graduated in 1999.  Kathleen was then hired by an Insurance Company located downtown Toronto, bringing her to Ontario.

It was in 2001 when a young man was hired to work in the same department, and started to share his Christian faith with her on occasion.  At first Kathleen attributed his experience to emotions, but wondered:  “How could someone so intelligent believe in God?”  Being an atheist, (and at times referred to herself as an agnostic), was of the opinion that believing in God was a sign of weakness and self-deception.   In spite of their obvious differences, they began dating.

Even though she did not believe in God, she went to church a few times with him, but it was in her own bedroom by herself where she was born again.  She said to herself with a sincere heart:  “I will give him a chance, and if let’s say in 6 months or so nothing happens, I can just move on”.  But she was only getting started, and as soon as she said the last word, she just believed!  Instantly peace and joy flooded her soul.  She did not fully understand what she prayed, but like a child, she prayed the sinner’s prayer to secure her salvation now truly believing God was real.

Kathleen was heart broken when it didn’t work out with the man who had led her to the Lord.  One morning as she was getting ready for work, Kathleen finally cried out to God:  “God!  You have got to do something because I cannot go on like this anymore”. God would answer her prayer that very same day. It was that morning, in the summer of 2002, on the Yonge/Bloor Subway line, that God called her into ministry.

It was late 2002 when God revealed first to Paul, and then to Kathleen, that they would marry. On August 9, 2003 they were pronounced husband and wife!  Paul and Kathleen are now blessed with two handsome sons; Aaron Samuel, six years old, and Jonathan Nathaniel, three years old.

Kathleen was licensed as an evangelist and teacher in January of 2010 under the covering of the Independent Assemblies of God International Canada, a fellowship of Christian ministers and churches.  The ceremony took place at Ebenezer Revival tabernacle in Scarborough, Ontario where she currently attends church.  She is presently involved in the ministry there as part of the leadership, an occasional speaker, a Sunday school teacher, and an active backup singer within the worship team.  Kathleen is currently employed as a Senior Actuarial Analyst in an Insurance Company located in Mississauga, ON.

Paul was the 8th child born to Edward and Lenore Kaczmarek. He was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on August 27, 1968 and spent the first six years of his life in Toronto, and Port Colbourne, Ontario.  At the age of six Paul’s family moved to Newfoundland where he lived until he was 19 years old.  In 1987 Paul’s family moved to Espanola, Ontario where his parents live to this day.  Paul currently resides in Brampton, Ontario.

It was a born again Christian family Paul was born into and the Bible was the center of the home.  As a result, the life and teachings of the Word of God had a profound influence on his life.  Paul’s parents were daily in the Word and his father often called family prayer time and devotions where his mother would read from the Bible and all were encouraged to pray.  Gospel music was also at the forefront of his home and lively gospel music played often on the stereo.  Whenever there was sickness at home or someone was not feeling well his mother or father would always be there to call on the name of Jesus, believing that God still hears and answers prayer.

Anointed preaching also had a profound impact on young Paul’s life, not only from sermons preached at church, but as well as the television evangelistic programs from such preachers as Oral Roberts, Billy Graham, Jimmy Swaggart, and Rex Humbard. Without even realizing it or knowing why he was doing it, young Paul would go in front of his bedroom mirror after hearing a good sermon and preach up a storm.  Looking back he could see how the Holy Spirit was molding him and moving upon him even during his preteen years.

At the age of nine Paul received Jesus as his personal Savior and was thus born again in a church service that was held in his house under the preaching of Sister Alva Brant who was known to many as Aunty Babe.

In his teen years, Paul lived a backslidden life and had little desire for the Lord, sinking ever deeper into sin each year.  Despite his backslidden condition, he still was greatly moved when he heard anointed preaching.  It was in a Pentecostal church, at the age of twenty, that Paul rededicated his life to Jesus Christ and received a prophetic word over his life.  It was at that moment that the Lord revealed the call on his life to preach the Gospel.

At the age of thirty-four Paul met Kathleen Hobbs at a prayer meeting held at Queensway Cathedral in Toronto, Ontario.  Soon after, the Lord revealed the long awaited news that this young lady was to be his wife!  The two were married on August 9, 2003 and have two wonderful sons, Aaron Samuel and Jonathan Nathanael.

Paul was licensed as an evangelist and teacher in January of 2010, under the covering of the Independent Assemblies of God International Canada, a fellowship of Christian ministers and churches.  The ceremony took place at Ebenezer Revival tabernacle in Scarborough, Ontario where he currently attends church.  Paul is presently involved in the leadership as a deacon, an occasional speaker, as well as a soloist and guitar player in the church band.
